All the Fun with Nordstrom

I was catching up with a colleague recently who asked, "Have you photographed any fun gigs lately?"

To which I responded, "Yes! They're ALL fun!"

And I genuinely meant it. The variety of events, products, portraits, etc. that I get to photograph are so vast that it never gets boring. Pictured here is a Nordstrom Leadership Group party that I had the pleasure of photographing. Pete Nordstrom can be seen jamming out on the bass guitar with his band, Stag. They took the stage after another surprise performance by Ben Gibbard of Death Cab for Cutie, an incredible performer who brought me to tears with his vocals.

So, yes, I consider myself very lucky and am so thankful to work in an exciting industry that brings so much joy to my heart. I don't take this career for granted.
